Industrial fiber optics
Industrial fibers
Single-branch, multi-branch, quartz, ring and linear light-guide products for machine vision, AOI, UV curing and industrial sensing.

Industrial Light Guide
Different processes determine the vastly different performance and application scenarios of products. The specific comparison is as below:
- High temperature adhesive process: It can withstand a high temperature of 350°C and is basically suitable for all LED light sources, significantly expanding its application boundaries in harsh industrial environments.
- Ceramic adhesive process: Resistant to temperatures up to 1000°C or even higher, suitable for ultra-high temperature environments such as laser light sources.
- Heat-fused process: Heat-fused can significantly improve the transmittance of optical fibers, with a 30% increase under the same diameter, avoiding temperature accumulation at the fiber end area. It is suitable for laser sources and other high-power light sources.

Sheathing and bend radius
Different materials of outer skin can be selected according to different usage scenarios. Even changing the internal structure of the light guide beam or using special layer materials to improve bending resistance can meet the requirements.
Type of outer skin
- Stainless steel spiral tube
- PVC spiral pipe
- Steel wire PVC hose
- Resin spiral tube
- Thin skinned silicone tubing
- …etc.
