Technology & manufacturing

Precision machining, heat fusion, fiber braiding and optical path engineering for custom optical components.

Manufacturing

From component machining to fiber assembly

VoeMOT considers mechanical structure, fiber material and target optical path together, defining products around dimensions, heat resistance, bend behavior, transmission and interfaces. Precision equipment supports miniature connectors and multi-process parts, while clean production areas support fiber assembly and optical inspection.

  • Precision machining for miniature connectors and structural parts
  • End grinding, bonding and heat fusion for light guides
  • Optical and dimensional inspection with integrating spheres and vision measurement
  • Shared development path for standard and custom structures

Fiber engineering

Five core technical capabilities

Controlling flexibility, heat resistance, interference immunity and output geometry while transmitting light and images effectively.

Light and image transmission

Isolates heat from the source while transmitting light or images to the target.

Splitting and combining light

One beam can be divided or multiple beams combined for flexible illumination.

Fiber braiding

Fiber arrangement and braiding improve output uniformity and reduce bright spots.

Heat-resistant end faces

Glass fibers and heat-fused ends withstand temperatures up to 350°C.

NA 0.14–0.86

Numerical aperture and output geometry

Sumita fibers cover NA 0.14–0.86. VoeMOT selects fibers by source, acceptance angle, distance and space constraints, then shapes output through circular, ring, linear or custom end faces.
